Hi Dave,

Sorry for the long delay, we are currently trying to cope with the huge mass of problematic boxes coming in from all over the place for repair and struggling to keep an eye on the forum at the same time.

Of course, boxes are being shipped back and forth to UK every day from us and the cost of return delivery is between 8-9 euros recorded delivery. We do indeed accept just the motherboard but carefully send in protective bubblewrap envelopes with additional protection for the board as its possible transit damages can occur.

Repair itself is just 14 euros so you would be looking at overall 22/23 euros for the repair and the return shipping. If we cant repair it we will just charge for the return delivery.

If you do send it to us please request the repair delivery address and make sure inside the package you include all the details of who you are and the contents you are sending so we can we can identify you and provide you with a job number. We will need full name, return address, email and a small description of what item/s you have included in package plus what caused the brick (issue). Turn over time for diagnostics is usually 1 week but can be longer if we have a huge line of other users waiting for their diagnostic report.

Hope this is the info you were looking for but please let me know if there is anything else i can help you with.

Thanks for posting
