Hi

If this box is the original MBOX version of the famous S812 amlogic processor then your download can be found in this thread

Hi...in my case Identifying the model is good, but identification of your chipset is the important part. These boxes are heavily clones and sold as whatever the distributor said it was. And a lot of times it wasnt what you thought it was.
How you will be locating the correct firmwares for your devices. Im hoping that in the future we can go cross platform/chipset by including the correct boot.img and xml/build.prop files for the right chips and the software will be universal (ish)

Hi

In respect to using our firmware on boxes which (in your case are bought as identical looking boxes) the problem does fall under what actual chipset is used. If a box is called the same and looks the same in this case is doesn't mean it is the same on the inside. On the contrary hence making a simple problem a larger problem.

The only thing we can guarantee is that our boxes are direct originals and released way before any copies of clones come out after wards. Its also the reason why we don't supply the same boxes for too long either. By the time clones start flooding the place we have already jumped to the next best affordable original models.

We cant be sure our firmware will be compatible with anyone's box when buying from everywhere but us. We only offer a type of support to get you back to working if your box fails.

You are advised to only try out firmware when you have nothing else to lose. Cost of boxes now are so low its not even worth sometimes the time to attempt fixing.

Hope this info helps
